Properties entered for pitch get great exposure!  The property will be listed in the 'pitch email' that is sent to agents in the corresponding areas of the county the evening prior. (The pitch email 'open rate' is very high).  The pitch property will also be included in the 'pitch booklet' handed out during the pitch session. At this time pitched properties are not required to be held open after the pitch session however it is encouraged. 

Cancellations must be received by 12:00pm the night before the pitch via email (support@psar.org), or you will be considered a "No Show". No Shows at the pitch session without a cancellation email will be suspended from participation in the Pitch Session for 90 days.
