East PSAR Pitch

Notice: Due to a fire in PSAR's El Cajon East service center (there were no injuries) and the resulting water damage that occurred from the sprinklers, the November 20 Pitch session has been canceled.

The Thursday Pitch Email will still be sent out Wednesday evening, November 19th, with the list of open houses scheduled from 10:30-12:30 on Thursday.  

To add your property to the open house list please email ethel@psar.org  (The deadline for Listing Submission is Wednesdays at 1:00 pm)

 Holiday Note: Pitch will be DARK Thursday,  November 27th for Thanksgiving.  The staff at PSAR wish you and yours a Happy Thanksgiving!

How to add your property to Paragon for Broker Open Tours

 

  • In Paragon, Select the Listings icon from the Banner Menu In the Maintain menu, select Listings
  • Input the Listing Number or Property Address and click Search to locate your listing
  • Locate the property in the list and click Select an Action
  • Click Tour Listing and a window will open
  • Click the green plus sign to add a date
  • Enter open house details
  • Tour time is 10 am - 1 pm
  • Tour 'E2' for listings North of the 8 fwy and 'E4' for listings South of the 8 fwy
  • Verify the date of the open house is correct - Click Save
